The following information applies in addition to the privacy policy of our website to the registration form for the phyphox conference. The latter may include a one-time follow-up after the course to request feedback and suggestions for improvement. Based on the information provided, name badges will be printed for the conference and made available to participants for the workshop. The following data is collected in the form:

• University and institutional affiliation
• Email address
• Country

The collected data is accessible only to those employees of RWTH Aachen who are responsible for organizing the conference. It will not be shared with third parties. In addition to the collected data, a cookie with a unique identifier is set. This helps prevent misuse or accidental repeated submissions. The ability to recognize users via this cookie is not used for any other purpose. Data is transmitted via an encrypted connection. The collected data is stored in a database operated by the RWTH IT Center. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time and request the complete deletion of your data by informally notifying one of our staff members (for example, by email to staacks@physik.rwth-aachen.de) or by replying to the confirmation email of your registration.
